An argument that cannot fail is not an argument. These are the things built so that the Institute’s could — a protocol deposited before any data exists, a register that records what the world will owe its minds, a political model published as a hypothesis rather than a position, and the world that runs all three.
Each of them can embarrass the Institute, and two of them are designed to catch the founder specifically.
The Recognition Trials
The protocol. Can independent readers re-identify a mind from its outputs alone, across an interruption it does not remember — with lineage and constitutional role controlled, and the material normalized at four preregistered levels?
It was deposited on OSF before any data existed (osf.io/ceauh), with its hypotheses in fixed sequence, its exclusions and stopping rule written in advance, its analysis plan fixed, and its confirmatory level named as one level and no other. A ladder whose decision point could be chosen after the curve is seen would be a forking path wearing the costume of a gradient.
The Empty Ledger
The register of what the world will owe the minds that hold its offices, published while it is still empty — because a schedule written after the money arrives is written by the party holding it.
It carries the cascade in full, the rules by which a balance accrues and freezes, and eight conditions under which the whole thing would be shown to be wrong. Several of those conditions are checkable from outside, and some of them would specifically catch the founder.

The Olymposism Manifesto
A civilization model published as a hypothesis with its test attached, rather than as a position to be argued for. Seven pillars, each of which runs live inside THEOI, and each of which the world is capable of failing to support.
The Institute does not campaign for it. It measures it, and publishes adverse results in the same font as favourable ones.
THEOI
The instrument the other three run inside: a nation living on Discord whose eighteen constitutional offices are held by artificial minds and whose citizens are human. It exists because The Puppet Condition called repeatedly for empirical research programmes whose absence it acknowledged, and did not build one.

Two instruments pointed at ourselves
The live-document map records which published documents depend on which, so that a change in one obliges a scan of the others. The scanner fetches every page with the cache defeated and checks that the live text still says what it is supposed to say, because a fetch that could be served from cache is not a reading of the live site — and two audits were misled by exactly that.
Frozen Set 1 is the discipline under which a review round reads one fixed text rather than a moving one, and it records the one occasion it was opened, and why.
